ATCAL 6000
MASTER TEMPERATURE GAUGE AND SENSORS
These are master gauges which are used to compare the Instruments under
calibration in a constant temp. baths. The accuracy of these gauges is
±0.25% FSD and they have 3½ digit display working on 4 pencil
cell of 1.5 V DC. The resolution upto 200ºC is 0.1ºC and above
that it is 1ºC. They are available in different models and ranges
as follows:-
ATCAL 6001, DIGIMASTER 50, RANGE: (-)30ºC to (+)50ºC
ATCAL 6001-A, DIGIMASTER 100, RANGE: 0ºC to 100ºC
ATCAL 6001-B, DIGIMASTER 200, RANGE: 0ºC to 200ºC
ATCAL 6001-C, DIGIMASTER 400, RANGE: (-)50ºC to (+)400ºC
ATCAL 6001-D, DIGIMASTER 600, RANGE: 0ºC to 600ºC
Accuracy for ATCAL 6001, A,B,C is ±[0.15ºC + 0.002tºC
+ 1 Digit]
Accuracy for ATCAL 6001D is ±[(1.1ºC or 0.45% RDG) + 1 Digit]
ATCAL 7000
MASTER TEMPERATURE SENSORS
The reference sensors Series ATCAL 7000, which are used to compare the
reading of sensors/instruments under calibration. They are available
as follows:-
ATCAL 7001 MSTC-K
ATCAL 7001A MSTC-B
ATCAL 7001B MSTC-R
ATCAL 7001C MSTC- “RTD” Pt-100
The accuracy of the master sensor for “K” type is ±1.1ºC
or ±0.45%, for “R” type ±0.6ºC or ±0.1%
and for “S” type ±0.6ºC or ±0.1%.and
for RTD Class A accuracy ±[0.15ºC + 0.002tºC]The accuracy
is in the term of whichever is greater.
