Gas filled ATG Series 2002

These Temp. Gauges Deploy compresed nitrogen gas as medium filled in close system at specify pressure these close system comprises of bulb ( of steel or stainless Steel ) , a Micro bore capallery (of steel or Stainless steel ) and spiral or "C" Shape bourdon tube. When these system is heated or cooled at the bulb end, the pressure of compresed nitrogen is incresed or decresed.  This  puressure moves the bourdon as this is only elastic element. This movemnent is transmitted through a rack and pinion movemnet which drives pointer thus showing the temp on the calibrated dial. The accuracy is further improved upon by providing case compansation or full compensation.

Type : Regid Stem type for local and Capillary type for Remote Indication

Mounting : Vertical / Horizontal / Every angle type in Regid Stem
Direct / Surface / Panel Mounting in Capillary.

Orientation of Capillary can be from back of case or
From bottom of case.

(-)40 to (+)40 / (-)10 to (+)50 / 0 – 100 / 120 /150 ./200/250 /300/400 /500 /600°C

Compansation : Case Compansation as standard. Full Compansation systems are also offered.

Dial sizes : 2 ½” , 4” & 6”.

Stem Material : Chrome Moly Bulb with extension in MS /SS304 / SS316

Capillary : Inner Capillary can be of MS / SS304.Outer Protection Capillary can be Copper /SS 304 /SS 316 / SS304 Spiral(Armour)/ Copper PVC Coated Capillary Lengths can be upto max 30 mtrs.

Stem length : There is certain minimum lengths depending upon Stem diameters and ranges as volume differ with Ranges.

Accuracy : + 1% however + 0.5% can be offered

System : Bimetallic ( BDT)
